Payment, Returns, or Cancellations. All orders placed require a 25% deposit with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. For large orders requiring multiple shipments, payments are adjusted and paid prior to each load being shipped. Upon established credit, the terms are negotiable. Return of stock items can be made with authorization of Valley Stone Inc. Return must be free of chips and in good condition. Customer is responsible for return freight to VSI and a 25% restocking fee.

Inspections. Inspect all stone for damages at the time of delivery prior to off loading. Notify the freight company and truck driver of any damages. Damaged cast stone reported to VSI within (1) business day of delivery will be replaced free of charge. Replacement cast stone requested after (1) business day from delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
